Interval Cardio boxing classes offer some basic self-defense skills but are primarily focused on helping you get into shape rather than preparing you to fight in the ring. There's significant variation from class to class, targeting all muscles in this Functional training Circuit. We recommend bringing your own pair of boxing gloves if not We can supply.
